صحار ألمنيوم يدعم التدريب الطبي

 

Sohar Industrial Estate, Sultanate of Oman, Sohar Aluminium CEO Bruce Hall and GM Corporate Affairs Hilal Al Hinai presented Ahmed Al Washai, The Director General of Health Services, the Northern Batinah region with a cheque for RO 9,207 as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to corporate citizenship on Wednesday, 25 November 2009.

The ceremony, held onsite at the newly completed aluminium smelter complex was attended by a number of senior officials from local government, Sohar Hospital and Sohar Aluminium.

The contribution will allow Sohar Hospital to purchase state of the art technology and training equipment to establish a new training centre accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA). The new centre will teach life support techniques including: cardiac life support and advanced pediatric life support. The hands courses will include the use of special medical mannequins to give trainees the best environment to develop their skills.
