Occupational Health is an essential part of healthcare in industry. Sohar Aluminium Medical Centre became operational in November 2008 after due inspection and accreditation/licensing by Ministry of Health, Oman, with primary focus on Occupational Health. Subsequently, scope of activities was enlarged to include urgent/acute medical care and strengthen emergency medical response.
